"My sessions with Megan are the highlight of my week. Her expertise in so many areas of fitness means that she can dynamically adjust my training plan for my every goal.

This includes running a marathon, gaining muscle strength in order to lift more than my body weight in several compound lifts and training for mobility. Her knowledge of physiology and nutrition means she has been able to rehab old stubborn injuries and given me prehabilitation exercises for injury prevention. Her energy is infectious so l always feel motivated to train and push those PBs even when our sessions are first thing in the morning.
