HI!

I'm Meg, a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach based in London.

When it comes to training and fitness, everybody's journey is unique. My own journey has been full of highs and lows, marked with chapters of insecurity and restriction, only to swing to the opposite extreme and back again. For so long it was exhausting, draining and demotivating.

The most pivotal and transformative changes for me, both physically and mentally, began when I started to FUEL my body correctly and train SMART; when I paired knowledge and dedication with a mindset shift, and committed to a journey rooted in a healthy perspective.

My mission is to inspire others to care intently for their minds and bodies, whilst encouraging them to reach limits they never thought possible.

I want to help you achieve your fitness goals, whilst unveiling your most confident, elevated and empowered self!
